Do any bookies give refunds if a rider withdraws?

Tempted to place a bet or two before all the scandals and withdrawals start - are there any bookies which give you the stake money back if your rider withdraws before the start?

    Found this at PaddyPower: "Stakes will be refunded on riders withdrawn prior to the start of an event or stage. We reserve the right to deduct the equivalent of Tattersalls Rule 4(c) to reflect returning stakes on Non-Runners." Am slightly tempted by their 50-1 odds on Pereiro. If he has a DNA-related hissy fit and withdraws I get my stake money back. Hmmm...
