I saw an article in C+ sometime ago, regarding a new product that contained electroyltes for rehydration but did not contain carboyhdrates, as I'm in the process of slimming down,(i really need to!)
I need to avoid the extra carbs, but find I'm getting very dehydrated and headaches after long training runs,I'm now doing up to an hour. can you advise?

..and the amount of water consumed before and and during the exercise. And any other contributing factors, i.e. drinking/consuming diuretic sources.
