I'm left handed, if that matters.

Bought a good long sleeve base layer from Matalan on Sunday for œ8, somewhere in the mens section. Black or white on offer, short or long sleeves. US Athletic brand.
Seems good enough for a base layer and can't really complain at the price. Sizing was spot on as well.

    We need a bigger boat!

ribble, 2-3 weeks ago had HALF PRICE shimano 105 560 wheelset, work out about 80-90 quid. Other cheap wheels too. Had been seraching for ages and they undercut the nearest by a long way. Usually dont buy there unless a real bargain as delivery not as hot as CRC/wiggle.

Found a shop in germany doing ready built 700C dynohub wheels. The latest Shimano ultegra DH-3N71 (lower roling resistance, 3W, lighter, more efficent etc) built according to my custom spec is œ67 (including p&p). He is also doing the basic Shimano DH-3N30 3W for œ38 (including p&p).

Beats Evans/Wiggle who are doing the older dynohubs: DH-NX22(2.4W) for œ60, and the DH-NX30(3.0W) for œ90.

For anyone interested, the website is in german!

With the strength of the œ & ? (?) compared to the weakness of the US$$, there are some great 'end-of-season' deals here in the US:
http://www.bestwebbuys.com/bikes/ (Once you enter an item in the Search Box, the longer it takes to 'open', the more items it will display)
    Campy & Shimano goodies: http://www.comparisonpricing.com/
    http://www.qbike.com/
    Internet sites w/E-o-s sales:
    http://www.coloradocyclist.com/
    http://www.nashbar.com/
http://www.performancebike.com/ (pb has a reputation for being slow on shipping...but do offer some good deals if you don't need it ASAP)

  • I noticed Kore-USA are now represented in the UK- due to the strength of the pound, their Streamline(1550 gr i think) wheelset can be had for under 200(seen on ebay for 179). And they look bloody nice, similar to chromelites only much lighter.
