Max rotor size for a Fox Float R 140mm

I would have though you could get a 203mm on in it but but will make the wheel flex like mad as the are only QR mounts. SO i would stick to a 180mm one [:D]

A 203 would fit, just don't know what it's warrantied for, that's all

I would stick to 180mm if i was you i might wear the bushlings fast if you did. If your only riding XC or AM 180mm is easliy enough.

180mm is plenty enought for xc riding, i cannot see any information on the internet but 180mm shoud surfice,

I'm suprised you have not noticed the fork flexing, 140mm is a lot for one of its dimensions and QR dropouts.

Seems stiff enough to me, but then I've never ridden a bolt through hub for any length of time. My Zocchi is 150mm, and a tall fork at that, and never noticed that flex either.

All Fox's are warranteed up to 203mm according to their website

Specialised ship the large and extra large versions of their FSR Stumpys with 203mm front disks on the Fox forks.
