Bent saddle rails: Warranty issue or am I fat!?

I've had my Mongoose near on a year now, and whilst it has served me well I've come accross the folowing problem.
Basically, for no apparent reason at all, the rails on the saddle have bent. I am pretty miffed as I only tend to ride light XC, and I would have thought the saddle could take my weight (13st).
Do I have reason to ask for a replacement as I am pretty miffed at the thought I might have to buy a new saddle TBH.
Any thoughts?
Pic here of the damage, red line indicates where saddle rails should be!

I'd try for a warranty replacement, it's failed under normal usage, so not fit for it's purpose.

Who do I contact though? The shop? Mongoose? Hotwheels?

The shop is the 1st port of call.

I bent the rails on my mongoose saddle a couple of weeks ago. Had an off then couldn't work out why it was bloody uncomfortable, until I looked at the bike from behind as I put it away. I think the rails must be made of some special cheese alloy, although I may be a touch heavier than your 13st.0

Most rails are steel or Ti, highly unusual to see them bend this way without a big hit. Does the seatpost provide proper support along the rails?

Define proper support?
Looking at the post it is pretty much the same shape and structure as my more pricey Bontrager one. It has had a couple of bashes, nothing that I would have thought could damage it though!
