Don't want to sound under the thumb but H has just given the green light for the Wales weekend [:I][:D] no if's or but's said it'll be fun for me. [:)][:D][8D][:)][:D][8D]0 -
No I was in a team of of 4 gf3. We just missed the podium :-( It's amazing how hard it is even though I only cycled about 30miles in total. It's just that you go a lot faster. Really enjoyed it though. Good practice for 24/12 and hopefully will make the podium there.0

just so everyone knows the wales thing is afan forest which has 4 awesome trails we go down friday 22 midday pitch tents etc do a ride then back 2 camp bbq etc ride sat 23 ride sun 24 then home something like that so far theres sidey, me,jah(south african john) sounds good eh camping 10-15 a night whos in?

If Rob can't make it you are more than welcome to come down in the van with me, or if Rob dos'nt mind sitting in the back (he's done it before, plus can't have a lady in with the bikes) no problem there's enough room for 3 bikes in the back with out breaking them down. we'll sort something out ,Rob's away at the moment [:D]

I've been told I can't attend the Wales trip. I'm now going to have a major sulk.
I've had a <b>really</b> crap week. I've had a major row with my neighbour after killing her cat. Some plonker has lost my new bike and I've got to attend a meeting at work tomorrow because I accidentally glued some girls hands to the desk today.0 -

I was thinking Macclesfield if I'm on my own, but Hayfield/Ladybower aren't much further if I'm going to have company. Hey if you don't have a tent I have a big un and a small un and I know steve has 2 big ones (tents). Don't worry if u don't have anything chances are we'll have it.0 -
