bottom bracket

i have a truvativ five d crank set, the bottom bracket is bent. how can i tell which bottom bracket to buy that will fit? the bike is a specialized hard rock pro, if that helps any.

You need to work out whether it is a splined like ISIS, or square taper. It could also be powerspline. If you plan on doing this yourself, then you need to remove crank and BB, and should be able to see the interface and identify. Are you sure it is bent? Could be the crank spider. One for the shop if you are unsure.
