Marin or Penmachno This Sunday

Anyone up for it ?

Never ridden either route and have a rare Sunday free (only until mid afternoon though). Thinking of heading down there early and try and start before 10.

I might just take you up on that Matt! I also have a rare weekend off! I do fancy the Penmachno route, having never ridden it myself, although would ride either! Not both, fitness levels are a bit low!

Sounds good, I don't really mind which one I do, will get back down there to do the other at some point.

Penmachno is a cracking little track. I've been on a few occasions. I've tried a second lap once or twice as I've enjoyed it that much.

About 3/4 through there is a bit of a climb on the forest road, dont make the mistake of turning right where they are building the new loop (looks fantastic though)

On the times which I have been it hasnt been very busy.

I'm sure you'll enjoy either track as i've heard gwydyr forest is also good.

Another one to consider would be Berwyn Mountain (more of an all day ride though)
