its tax renewal time again. and well im a bit of a numpty last week i had all my documents together and in a safe place so when i got paid (today) i could go straight to the post office and renew. however, i can now find my tax renewal form and insurance certificate, BUT my MOT's gone missing, need it by saturday morning so either me or my dad can get some more tax for me. i am also working solid from tonight until monday. am i screwed?

    Do it online,

You might be lucky and get it by the weekend, if it doesn't arrive just make sure the car is off the road and not in use.

  • Even though, if you did drive it without the tax disc and got stopped by the police as soon as they put it through there computer it will show as having tax anyway.

  • Doesn't matter really. I've driven my car for like a week without it being taxed before. Chances are that you wont get pulled over, and if you've paid for your tax online just tell them your waiting for it to come through.
