Got œ500 to spend and I've been looking at the cape wraths for a while. I'm sort of new to biking but I've had an old claude butler mythos for a while now but it finally gave up on me yesterday! So which of the cape wraths is really worth the money:

I think if i had to make a choice between the 3, i would go with the D24

The Cape Wrath 2006 would be my choice. Shimano hubs and Mavic rims are decent and the Rockshox Judy forks aren't too shabby. I would look into a Specialized Rockhopper or the top of the range Hardrock, though.

Thanks guys.
I was looking at the D27 too, I think it was on page 2 of the search on evans so didn;t manage to make it's way onto this post! So, that's the one I'm going to get. [:D]
Next up, apart from evans (which retails the bike at œ50 more than most others and doesn't have my size until mid july), can you give me any other reputable online stores to buy from?
Just double checking the frame size I need, I'm 5'9" and slim build. I was going to opt for the 18" frame.
Thanks again.0 -
these guys seem to be selling for œ390 (see price at bottom of page). They don't have an 18" model though.
