Converting from v to disc brakes??

I have a barracuda rampage s.e that has v brakes and i want to convert to disc brakes.
Is it possible and how much would i be looking at for the whole kit?

well is the fork and frame disc ready? are the wheels disc ready?

do the forks and frame have disk brake tabs? have you got disk ready hubs?
