Thinking about doing a custom full sus build using this frame, it is practically identical to the new Pace RC405 bike

Not sure about the manitou rear shock as i dont know if it has Lockout or not.
Seems to be a nice enough frameset that i could couple with some rockshox Revelation 426 Air U turns. Mavic Crossmax Rims and XT groupset and Avid Juicy 5 brakes.
Sound like a good plan or should i just buy a Trek EX 06 frame and do the same. I prefer the viper frame as it gives the extra travel i would like for doing AM riding aswell as loooking alot nicer and not being such as commercial as trek.

Looks great! But I would have to test one somehow, it may ride completely differently to the Pace. I would enquire about weight, geometry, warranty and what the pivots are like (easily replaced bearings?)

There is a place in brighton that is a dealer for these frames, maybe they have one built up on that frame i could give it a quick spin. Im not sure about the rear shock on it either, Does it have lockout ? I would have to replace it if it didnt because i do ride on the road sometimes.___________________________________________________________

I dont need it anymore, i have a Trek Fuel EX 8 instead . I am however considering a more hardcore AM full sus frame with around 140mm travel.___________________________________________________________
