Stuck BB cup

Any advice what to do with a stuck BB cup (FSA megaexo) on the drive side BB shell (left thread) when brute force has failed?

use a monkey wrench, i had same problem and result was finally getting the bb off but a new bb lol because this was the result:

This method WILL wreck the cups, but try tapping it out with a screwdriver and rubber/wooden mallet.
