pics. and what do you mean buy buckle?
some time it is posible to get a big buckle out but it is not really worth it. get it looked at by a wheel builder.

Whats a flatspot?
My wheel goes side to side, but i dont know what a flatspot is.
MY wheel still seems strong though, and the spokes seem tight

buckle is side to side. flatspot is when the circle, of the rim, has a flatened area.

if its buckled (especially a bad one!) i wouldnt reccomend it. the tensioning in the spokes wont be even so it will be weak around those areas
