I'm runnig UST tyres on UST rims, do I need to get sealant too?
What happens if I get a punture, how do I repair it?

use stans no tubes..no punctures will bother you then..also if the rim ever slightly rolls away from the rim you will not get a chatastrophic loss of air..just a white hiss and off you go riding again

It is not essential to use sealant, but it is highly reccomended, you won't need to repair punctures, the sealant will do it for you. Add my vote for Stans No Tubes, it is the best on the market imho.
