nowt'll put me off riding. got a new 224 the day after under warranty. my old ones hanging on my wall at work. just waiting for my wrist to heal then i can ride again. racing in three weeks so hope it'll be ok by then. have to track the guy down with the pics.

and i've gone off the idea of codes a bit now, any other suggestions? been looking into juicy's but theyre classed as xc/all mountain brakes so....and i do like the look of formulas and crc do the greg minaar ones (and have them in stock!)

Bobbo have you felt a set of codes wish i had before buying a new set of hop 6 pots there mint but not as good as codes

and whilst am here did any of you lot have any problems with hope brakes in france by chance as i just want to know my new 6 pots will be good as i didn't want to buy a set of v2's as they would only ever get up to temperture in france lol

V2s are supposed to be good i think Ben. Me and Lee were both using Hopes out in France last year, i didnt have a single fault, but Lees exploded!

Rob, i reckon the Oros will be ace, but what about spares out in France? I bet some Juicy 5/7s would be fine.

Might need waterproofs tomorrow lads... And Rich, yes you can BORROW a lift from me, but i want it back straight away mind![:D]

5's just the same as the 7's just minus the silly "feel" adjuster, which is better for you rob to arnt much for fiddling!

and some guy on sdh is trying to convince me that a tennis ball squashed into your wheel is a good idea to identify all sdh forum people out in les gets! i Sugested a small strip of orange insulating tape wrapped round your bars, he said it would look "gash"

Where Sunday?

Ive been thinking, can anyone think of anywhere where we might be able to build (with permission) a decent DH track, like a proper one with a team of builders etc?

Would it be worth looking into something at the plantation at Hade edge?
