Remove VAT from bike sales.

Can you please sign the following petition to get VAT removed from bicycles. The car petition has seemed to work really well so someone enterprising soul has thought he would try and do his bit for the green transport side of things.
Can you also pass it on to anyone else who you think will help.

Signed... It's actually a really good idea, if they're serious about getting more people out of cars.
Although, I heard that all EU countries are going to join the same VAT patterns at some time in a few years. That'll get rid of zero rated items I believe.

That's not how it works though. For example there is still VAT on chocolate as it is classed as a 'luxury item' despite technically being a food.
