    Morning

Stunning day. I will, unlike SG bloke, wait till it warms up a little and then pedal.

    First: coffee.

Lovely here too, coffee and then out for lunch, legs recovering from yesterday's ride!

Must replace front bike brake pads, lever ran out of travel down a 20% slope yesterday, bit of a nervy descent!

Morning all on this fine sunny day. Currently in parking queue for crufts. FFS. If it keeps OH happy a small price to pay. Ride later hopefully. Enjoy the Sun.

I thought @sungod had abandoned us peasants?

More demolishing awaits today and possibly a ride later. I also need to resurrect a MTB as I’m leading a local run next weekend. Unfortunately some fat shit who worked for me sat on my bike and knackered the rear shock.

at this point I realised how bloody good I am. Stripping out the bathroom I fitted several years ago and nothing bloody moves.

    Afternoon All,

Busy-ish morning for a change, not even a decent lie in was had. Just finished sorting some crap out in the garage and offloading the old TV to someone. Tip trip shortly to get rid of the junk. Followed by a few weights, lunch then head to the great outdoors with wifey and hounds.

    Morning all.

I thought of the Ducks but soon realised they were all packing Uzi 9mm's. Rapidly backed off and ran away for a snooze. Wife went out for run as she's got 1/2 marathon next weekend.

Beautiful and relatively warm day here. Might potter in garden whilst firmly holding a mug of coffee.

    Afternoon

so…… after the wife complained on the route I had chosen down from a hill, I think I will never hear the end of it - as she has her leg in plaster with a broken fibula. Bright side mate and I went to the pub whilst friends wife drove her to the hospital (couldn’t leave guest on their own).

today was a nice run with friends, walk with the house guests whilst Katy had a sleep. Pub lunch and the rugby soon

Exercise is bad for you. 200% proven.

As is bathrooming, I’ve done about ninety sets of stairs and my bloody Garmin will still say I’m -1.

MrsHD is away tomorrow for a few days so I’ve got the TV remote and some dim sums :)

Caroline Aherne style "Scorchio!" day, T-shirt rather than the multiple layers worn for what seems a loong time. Outdoors stuff done, inc lots of chat with v chatty neighbour, daughter of old Alex who passed away last summer has taken over the house.

And for PN69 and anyone else in the stoma club, after chat with friend who has a friend with permanent stoma, learning from those with experience, I have at last had my first long hot soak. All good, baggie stayed properly fixed. Been a looong time since enjoyed such.

Now getting settled for a catch up on Paris Nice, no spoilers perlease, and a further relaxing glass or 2. A better day all told.

    Evening

Out early as club run meeting spot was 14 miles away. It might have been a good idea to wear gloves as I couldn’t feel my hands. Good ride spoilt by hearing one of the ladies in a group behind was ridden off the road by some twat in a car. First nice weekend and they are all out there, what happened to mannners.

    Thanks @orraloon

I actually had a shower bagless this evening! It was liberating. Especially as its been itchy/sore around the perimeter. Luckily it was lying dormant. Now it's groaning it's head off!

@oxoman Did you stay to the end at Crufts? We were rooting for Ana, the Jack Russell. Reckon she was robbed by the slobber-dog.

Not a chance of stopping till the end. Costs a kings ransom to get into best in show at the end. Did it last year but wasn't doing it again.
