Nice day out there and the Mmercury will be hitting 15 this afternoon. Headed into town to get a few supplies and off drop a suit for repairs, may stop off and get a late brekky while I'm at it.

#Stevo no need to be so hard on yourself. TBH I get fed up of this day that day and various woke description's for he she, black white up down right wrong etc. Will be glad when I finally finish work and don't have to put up with corporate BS. Although the HR manager of several plants recently got suspended and let go because she pushed certain agendas to far. The company is global but US based and for some reasons seems to be back tracking on some stuff, suspect trumpism is driving that.

Evening
Another nice so I went for ride. 200 miles plus this week, itโs been a while since Iโve done that sort of mileage. Not a lot else to report, I havenโt watched the cycling but I know the result. Mind I guess I knew that before the race started.

Lovely day once the mist lifted, ended up doing 68 mile ride, legs not used to it so ended up getting cramps near the end ๐
