Family day, wee bike trail then crazy golf, then the water park ( 7rd old was chuffed as his dad doensnt like the big flumes!) and finished off with an excellent Thai take away. Only 27c this afternoon 🥵

Bit of a lie in but not much for a Saturday as Mrs. 666 was up earlier than normal. Had hair cut already, off to walk hounds shortly and probably a session on the dreaded exercise bike later on. One more watch to stick up for sale. Other than that, undecided.

Chilled morning after a decent night out last night (bar the main comedian Dylan Moran - who was unprepared, drunk and uninterested)
few jobs, now hot tub with a cuppa then a run. Town later for a meal out for the four day fiesta the youngest is having for his 18th on Monday.

Afternoon folk. Up early out running early today as I near a big run, for me anyway. Nothing like Mr T,s. Happy with the pace and only 5 mile short of target distance. Starting to pick the biking up as that's declined alot since before Christmas due to family and health stuff getting in the way. Not sure the consultant would agree with me running with the BP I started with but he'd be happy with the reading not long ago. Assisted young oxo with washing his car as he's been lazy and using local Albanian hand wash guys till he got his newer car. Glad #sungod has put in an appearance. Wkend is looking to be lovely as is most of next week.

Need to get wife to trim my eyelashes as they have grown so long due to Chemo I can't see out!

Cold, icy and sunny. Managed a session on the board which felt tough, need to get back up to speed with climbing. Watched a bit of cycling for free, might go and sit in the sun for a bit.

There is the last 20km's (in Dutch) of the Omloop. You can select English subtitles if you use the down arrow on the list and press <enter> but not if you select with the mouse/cursor for some inexplicable reason.

YouTube as you mention but I got Brian Smith and Jez Cox. It did go all left field at one point but it came back. There was the French race on there as well. It was advertised on Tiz cycling but some of the comments on YouTube said it wasn’t working.
