Non-alliteration Sunday
I'm not as good at thread titles as PN.
Chilled Sunday morning with coffee and snooze hounds. Need to wash the cars as they're a bit mucky and Mrs. 666 is moaning about the state of hers. Will also take the hounds out before the forecast rain moves in. Then a dreaded session on the exercise bike as I ran out of time yesterday.

Chilled start after excessive exercise and alcohol yesterday. Hounds walked and enjoying a cuppa in the hot tub whilst contemplating either a run or a swim.

No worries Stevo. I'd run out of alliterative ideas anyway! Probably needed more Oramorph to stimulate the mind..
Talking of carwashing - can you pop over and do mine? I used to leave a max 2 week interval between washes, now I've not done mine since Nov! Not that I'll be doing any driving for 4 weeks. I even bought a microfiber wash head on an extending stick to make it easier but it's sitting unused on my bench since early Jan.
Ho Hum. Decent night sleep on my wrong side. The correct side causes spasmic agony! That's despite Tramadol and Oramorph! Nice shower. Bedding and gown change. Fresh stoma bag. Boy that stank! Waiting for Oramorph at 10.30 and see docs. My drain was still producing a lot over night so I guess I'm not going home today either 😒

Damp start to the day, went to watch 7yr old do a triathlon for 1st time
.ita only for primary school kids and it was a massive event, 2500 kids entered! A good time was had by all.

Rubbish weather today all round by the look of it.
Still in hospital. Now with a 5 hour drip of magnesium and associated ECG machine. Fortunately only 45 mins left. Heart rate is high. Blood pressure been very low. Usually I have the exact opposite. RHR of 60.
Awaiting pain meds then sleep.
How many more Sherlock Holmes mysteries can I listen to on BBC Sounds? I'm repeating some already.
