The DW's are off for the rest of the week so the usual occupying them shenanigans will no doubt be cause of friction. When they were wee, it was soooo easy.

Best of luck PN, not much choice but to take it easy. If it's any consolation, when I saw the the quack on Monday he told me I shouldn't be doing anything active with my new bionic shoulder until May - including cycling. Seems way too long...so may need to rebel.

Not sure what to do day as I feel stiff from yesterday’s weights. There’s a club ride this afternoon but I might end up digging a hole for myself if I go.

We have a crappy old Reebok exercise bike that Wifey bought years ago and never used sitting in the corner of the dining room. Static bikes (and static anything exercise related) bore the living **** out of me but after the quacks' May sign off I am reluctantly thinking about using it.

Been told off for hammering the Fentanyl pump! I said I need it but they are going to wean me off it tomorrow 😒. Tramadol is making my skin itch which is a bummer (though not in my case! Badoom Tish!)
Even cute Asian nurse fiddling with my catheter and cock didn't excited me this morning though the aforementioned appendage is looking more and more like a bruised shrew! Did a bag change on stoma today. Its about the size and shape of a Tunnocks Tea Cake! But dark pink. A chocolate coating and you wouldn't tell the difference.

Well, as a 'Club' member, one can have Situations. Like today when I'm doing the volunteer gardens work, find the baggie is getting full so need to use the facilities... I think having been a goalkeeper back in the day saved me from too much mess, messy enough but salvageable. Nice intro to the lunch break. Does make me think about how I should under-dress / pin / summat when I feel brave enough to do the 6-7 hour drives. Cloth seat covers in da mowtah, innit.

Good excuse to upgrade to something with wipe clean leather seats! You know it makes sense. I've named my Stoma Jeremy after the Jelly Anenomies we found when rock-pooling.
