8 hours in theatre yesterday! Hardly any sleep last night. In lots of pain. Plenty of IV Fentanyl and IV Tramadol. Woozy as fuck!

Cloudy start, met friends from Auld Reekie visiting Christchurch and provided a day of tour guiding. Weather cleared, they came back to offsprings house for a barbie and behind a humongous thunderstorm with torrential rain. Just like barbies at home I.e. cooked in the rain and eaten indoors 😎

Afternoon Wasters,
Busy morning dealing with visitors from the Kingdom of Far Far Away, now stopped for a spot of lunch. Not bad out and about - almost spring-like in Town and no frost to scrape off The Panzer first thing, even though Mrs. 666's car (which was parked right next to mine) was a bit iced up.
Onwards to more tax mitigation...

Afternoon . My wonderful wifey has just dropped in and retrieved my phone charger. Glasses. Headphones, eye mask, and book. I can't move as it's way too painful to move to get out of bed! Painkillers are the strongest they can give me so I'm really off my tits right now!!!

Afternoon all. Firstly hang on in there and let the meds so there stuff. Tad cool today with a scraper to start. Boss is leaving me to it at the minute as he's after favours, he doesn't realise he's got no chance. Sounds like vince is getting a reminder of home out there. Enjoy life and chill out folks.

Hang in there PN! It doesn't sound like much fun but you're staying in good spirits (or drugged up to high heaven, one or the other)
Managed a walk this morning in the arctic temps, a site meeting and a gym session. So far so productive.
Kids are staying tonight and I need to hide a load of suitcases in the loft.
Insurance has paid out2/3 of the cancelled holiday cost so now looking to spend it on another in addition to the one last week...

Isn't Fentanyl that stuff that turns US winos into total zombies? Sounds like you're getting the finest s**t that the NHS can provide. In any event hope the pain subsides, it puts my crappy little collar bone break into perspective!
