    Morning All. Wet and bloody cold here. Young oxo's old car leaves us shortly for a new owner. Maybe running and riding later, even in the rain. Seeing private specialist next wk over BP as local GP's next to useless. Got private healthcare through work so may as well use it. Coffee already consumed and 2nd being considered. PS decaff.

    Slowisg start after last night's dinner and drink. Got a few jobs to do today before taking the hounds for an outing. Also have decided to get shot of a couple more watches that I'm not wearing much any more before they need servicing, so time to take a few pics and stick them on Fleabay.

    Evening

    Now back in a wet and murky North Yorkshire although it was wet and murky from Fife to hear. First class on the train had no hot drinks, so had to have wine instead. Nice to back in a warm house after the usual freezing military accommodation.
