    Morning

    Coughing slightly less.

    Cold, grey, murky brr.

Solar install today. Might just go off to a CafΓ© bistro place in the sticks I know and let them get on with it.

    First: coffee...

    Stay upright fellas.

Morning Folks, my training this week will involve waving my right arm around a bit. Slightly relieved that the weather is so pants as I don't feel like I'm missing too much riding.

Anyhow, I'm a year older today so may just enjoy a nice bite to eat and a drink or two this evening.

    Morning

    Happy birthday Stevo.

Grim again here, is it always like this in Scotland. Not sure what’s happening today as Mrs W is suffering from a bad back and still in bed. I wonder if it would be the right time to remind her she’s never done the exercises the physio gave her. If she’s not wanting do anything I might catch the train in to Dundee to go to the climbing wall.

Happy Birthday Stevo. Hope you have a great day despite the injury.

Back from hozzi now filled with iron. Where's my magnets? I wanna check.

Carpark was in chaos as I left. Could barely leave my space as twonks had parked on double yellows behind me. Took a 16 point manoeuvre to get out. 1/4 mile queue of cars trying to get into hozzi on main road too.

HB S666. Does adding another year give you more taxdodging scope?

consultant appt #1 done, looks like I will get the waste disposal system #2 replumbed in, though he wants to wait a year before the op to allow the hard scarring, of which there will be a lot inside given the sepsis battle et al, to soften up so reconnection much easier. Good news though, I was dreading being a Baggie for rest of my days.

Appt #2 mid pm, this time to see if waste disposal system #1 can be rectified somewhat, internal tubing gone a bit buggered. No not that way.

Edit to add: hospital parking, though always busy, is easy in and out.

Thanks Peeps, time for a drink or two and a nice dinner courtesy of Mrs. 666 (partly as she doesn't like my usual restaurant and take away choices ☺️)

Sadly no, but it does get me a bit closer to getting handed my state pension, which I'm sure Mr. Chasey would appreciate had he not flounced.

Anyhow, good news on the shitbag front, though sadly we won't be able to call you 'Keir Stoma' for much longer πŸ˜›

    Love the graphic ^.

Felicitations Stevo and good to know you will be eventually reverting from the septic tank to mains 'Loon.

Careful on those roads. A member of our cycling club was doing an unsupported ride from the tip to tip of N Island. He was on an unpaved road and lost control due to the loose surface and went down a ravine. Broke his spine and is now a quadraplegic. Very sad.

  • Yeah, you have to watch the thick gravel at the edges!

Yeah, it was very sad. The last time I saw him he was trying out the new bike he bought for the trip. He was also a leading Lung Cancer specialist consultant. I think he still advises in that field.
