Tuesday with a Salad Drawer full of Restless Goats
Morning.
Dull and barely light here. Shoot sleep. Podcasts at 4.35am. Woke many times.
Breakfast. Snooze. Hospital. Snooze. Coffee. Laters.
Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

Morning
Also dull but dry here. First job is to take my old best bike to the shop to get the bottom bracket sorted, while I’m there I see if I can get a shoe plate fitting on my new shoes. Later might be a bike ride.

I also had a shoot night in the sack because my knee is as tight as a ducks arse and kept me awake by twitching repeatedly.
Hopefull of something more settled tonight though.
Also looking at skiing holidays now :)

Massaging the outer quad can help relieve knee pain by targeting trigger points in the vastus lateralis muscle, the largest muscle in the quadriceps. Here are some massage techniques you can try:
- Palm glide
- While sitting with your feet flat on the floor, place the palm of your hand on your upper thigh and glide it down over your knee cap, across to your outer thigh, and back up to the starting position. Repeat five times.
- Kneading
- While the recipient is lying on their back, use your thumb and fingers to gently lift and release the skin and muscles of the quad in a circular motion.
- Tapping
- While seated, use the palms of your closed hands to rhythmically tap the upper, middle, and lower thighs. Repeat for 30–60 seconds in each section, then repeat the entire process two more times.
- Percussion massage
- Use a percussion massage gun on a low setting to loosen up the muscle. Start at the top and work your way down to where the muscle attaches to the tendon.
You can also try foam rolling, which involves using longitudinal strokes and sustained pressure on specific spots. Aim for a comfortable level of discomfort, and avoid pushing too hard, as bruising can indicate that you're being too rough.

Is there a prize?
All we need is sungod's psychedelic random thread title generator and we're quids in.

Morning People,
More fun dealing with stupidity from far away, but I've got them on the back foot due to their sometimes staggering incompetence and lack of communication ability. Mrs. 666 is off to a funeral shortly and technically I'm dog sitting but will just leave them to sleep while I do some work.

Morning all. Steady pedal in managed without getting wet or frozen. Can't last. Currently dodging stupid without to much trouble. Anybody sorting a search party out for beans.

Afternoon folks,
Another day of fun and games after a remarkably pleasant wobble in. Dull, but dry and not too cold. Was supposed to be out for drinks tonight but looks like they will be called off as a couple of the guys can't make it, this actually suits me as I have some stuff to do.
It may not have been his imagination, he could have goats in his salad drawer and elephants in his butter dish. If these are things he's hallucinating due to the drugs is it still his imagination because he thinks he saw them. Although they are not really there so does that make it a more subconscious imagination? These are questions that need to be answered.

Thanks @pinno I'll certainly give some of those a try this evening!
In the meantime, ten pin bowling with the kids.

Started ride in gloom but about halfway round the sun came out and it was a lovely afternoon. Border tart at the cafe always helps a ride.
Sadly a roadkill otter just along our road, nice to know they are around but would prefer to see them alive.

We could look for foot prints in the butter just to confirm.
(along the lines of the old joke - How do you know if an elephant has been in your fridge?)

Beans wasn't far, just hiding under a bush. We did have a late walk and he's discovered using me as a look out tower like a meerkat.

Haha! It's usually Rabbits in our salad drawer, well at least their Kale and carrot tops are. We have two. Goats, not so much. But my daughter and I call the local donkeys 'Big grey goat things' partly because when she was young she forgot the word for donkey and goat was near enough.
Should get a better night sleep as I've stayed off the opioids today. Didn't really need them yesterday but I was bored and home alone. Just fancied a bit of 'float' 🤪
Now to investigate the mysterious footprints in the Brie... by eating it.
Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.
