Busy morning, firstly finally completing my annual Strava target for running (let’s just ignore the current massive miss on cycling goal). Then an impromptu meeting with a colleague over a decent hotel breakfast.

Had a few calls with the Kingdom of Far Far Away, next up the Europeans. Tokyo trip next month has been canned so looks like I will be enjoying a few very early Teams calls instead 🙄 Still, half way through the week already - time flies when you're having fun.

So good morning from a misty North Yorkshire.
We now have the internet, our furniture and a climbing wall in the garage. All of which we have been without since moving in to the new house on October 4th. I even climbed yesterday for the first time since shoulder op 5 months ago. We don’t have any carpets yet.

Afternoon..
Bright day but sat in the ward having chemo. Mrs PN69 has beaten me twice at Chess and twice at a new game called Hive, which is actually quite good. I blame the massive cocktail of drugs for my less than pin-sharp mental agility. That or being dropped on the head as a baby. Both equally plausible.
Chemo takes a very long time. Started at 1pm. Hope to be out by 6! Yawn....
