Meant to be at an all day meeting, but sneezing and coughing in public isn’t a thing anymore.

Mate staying over tonight as he passes through, so should be a giggle

Sungod = Jimmy? Doesn't suit. More of an 'Our man in Havana' character.

Weather: ditto as yesterday. Ain't pedalling in that. Unless, 'Loon can give me a lift home. Imagine 55 miles of screaming tailwind. Wahey!

I'll take a load of masking tape and paint brushes if you're going, kids bedroom to paint.

WFH, coffee time. Might have to finally sort the heating in the defender if the weather keeps up like this.

St Marys Road Ind Est, Dumfries DG1 1NA

Come off the 4th(?) roundabout - 3rd exit (opposite the A701 - Locharbriggs/Moffat) is the easiest.

  • Back on the bikey. Lovely, I think some of the work I've been doing on the Peloton is paying off.

    Wfw, day looks full.

All day Teams conference here - very boring. Luckily people know my back is knackered so will not have my camera on as I lie here. It did mean I didn't need to get out of bed to start work :) Am doing a bit of real work in the background.

I think you can Zwift on a recumbent

    Afternoon folks,
Managed to wobble into the orifice this morning, had another close encounter with a fairly large stag. He walked out of the bracken a little way ahead of me heading straight towards me, I rode towards him hoping to get a decent image on the camera. When he dropped his head I swerved to the far side of the path sharpish, thankfully he was just nibbling some grass.
Lots of food in here today, somebody's birthday so she bought cakes, then one of the managers has bought pizza for everyone. Not great pizzas, but gift horse/mouth.
How does Stevo get the aero advantage if zwifting on a recumbent?
Was going to suggest a ride after work with B³ this week, but it sounds like he'd be too fast for me again.

    According to Zwift Insider:
The Handcycle’s aero performance is strong, slightly edging out the fastest road setups (which includes frames + wheels) in game. This includes setups like the Specialized Venge S-Works + DT Swiss Disc wheels.

We should collect the rejuvenated short-cranked Seano. I am not fast by any means, but am approaching being able to fit in my kit and ride without gasping. It's all relative!
