£389 now, but quickly sold out the remaining M an L sizes.

After the positive comments from my daughter, I bought myself an XXL frame at £500, built it up and have now had a couple of rides. It is a surprisingly good frame and stunning for the price, especially the new price. Feels rock solid the whole time and is a great reminder of how good, good rim brake bikes feel. The XXL frame came in at 1138g and the whole bike is at 7.5kg, with mostly Ultegra components.

Looks great. Refreshing to see something without the identikit dropped seat stays etc. More like a Supersix from a few years ago or something like that.

Also, as a fellow lanky b'stard it's always great to see bikes that look good in larger sizes - some just don't seem to work.

Yes, agreed. Would obviously love to have less spacers under the stem, but thought that the next size up (XXXL) might start to look a bit strange (often the very largest size always does).

Do you happen to know what saddle height you run? Centre of BB to top of saddle.

Also, any idea of the width of your rims and how's the clearance into the frame?

Saddle height is 84cm. Rims are 19mm internal with 25mm tyres - plenty of space. I did put some 28mm tyres on 19mm internal rims and was surprised that they just fitted. My daughters smaller frame has tighter clearances that this frame for some reason.

Cheers. I absolutely definitely do not need another bike but this sorely tempting!

Could you send an MF to explain things to Mrs B?

On his way. You'll have a new frameset before you finish brekkie.

I was the same, didn't need the bike, but given the dearth of rim brake framesets thought now or never. Fortunately Mrs W only remembers the colour of my bikes and I now have two black ones :)

Precariously, I also seem to have acquired another grey bike this summer, so I hope she doesn't venture into the bike shed, cause the extra two bikes is definitely noticeable.
