Crack or Scratch?

Noticed these two marks on my Giant Defy carbon frame recently. Not sure whether they're a crack in the carbon or just a paint scratch. The mark on the right that goes to the top of the seat tube doesn't appear to have moved over the top on to the other side.

Bike is just over a year old, seat post clamp has always been tightened with a torque wrench and done up to 1Nm below the max torque.

Thoughts appreciated :)

    On the basis of that photo I'd say scratch but no harm keeping an eye on it.

    I was going to say minor paint defect or crack, just because of where it is.

    So be pragmatic and treat as a paint defect unless it starts to look more like a crack.
