Does anyone know where I can find a replacement front alu clincher rim? Ksyrium sl wheel.

    I suspect you'll likely struggle to find anything through an internet search. I have had some joy in the past with other mavic rims by ringing 247cycleshop (01858 465507). They have a very good stock of mavic spares and will be able to let you know whether that particular rim is available to buy or not. Mavic only used to manufacture spare parts 2 or 3 years beyond the end of production but you may get lucky.
    If you do find a rim then be prepared to also replace most if not all of the spokes as well as they tend to seize - you may be better off replacing the whole wheel as it can get very costly very quickly.

    Thanks very much. Mavic customer service have come back and asked me for the wheel serial number. Very impressed to hear from them at all really, maybe new ownership is helping. The serial number was however a sticker on the outside of rim against which the tube sat, no longer legible. I've sent them some photos. I'm not very optimistic taking this all into account so far!

    Do you know the year the wheel was made as all of the part numbers are available from the mavic-tech website here

    Bikeinn has a selection of spare rims for Mavic wheels although with a quick look I couldn't spot your reference.
