Wich tyres for my rims Syncros RP2.0 Disc 28 Front / 28 Rear 28-30- or 32mm

These rims come with 32mm wheels, I was thinking of smaller ones, since I only ride in the city. and also by weight.

I have doubts about whether to mount 28mm or 30mm, especially 28mm, because they are 28 rims, they will be very tight, would it be dangerous with 28? that's my doubt 28 or 30mm preferred 28 for weight and less rolling resistance

Looking at the spec on the Syncros/Scott site, it appears to my eye that the internal rim width is 19mm?

For reference, I am going to run 28mm tyres on wheels with a 22mm internal rim width, and this chart below, that already states it is conservative, says you should be completely fine:
