Hello everyone,
My son has a Whyte 405 (2018, 26" wheels), with a Suntour SR Epixon fork (100mm travel).
He is c.35kg and I am looking to replace it with something lighter and more small-bump compliant.
Please can I have some recommendations as to which one to go for.
At the moment I am getting mixed messages from my LBS, and availability is pretty tricky.
Thanks very much.
Gareth.

The Epixon is a decent fork.
Have you set the sag and rebound correctly for your son's weight?

Thanks both for your comments - I will persevere with the forks then.
I bought the bike second hand last year (new ones were hard to come by for obvious reasons). On comparing the specs for the bike as it was when new, it looks like the fork has been reduced in travel from 100mm to 80mm. Although I have set the sag and rebound as accurately as I can, the reduction in travel can't be helping.0
