Short walk with hounds and then get on with work stuff in advance of a day of meeting with hopefully an early dart as soon as the rugrats get back from school and then on to the lakes in the camper van

Another member of the 2020 new fridge freezer club. Hope you have more success than I did with the delivery drivers.

Not working today, not sure what to do instead at the moment.
Might need to check/clean/lube the bike after an unexpected wash last night due to a burst water main which had flooded the main road.

On a pretty empty train into town, good thing Friday is still skiveday when it comes to being in the office. Hopefully the quietness yesterday will persist into today.

Footy starts tomorrow, might make a change from this mysterious talk of 'tdf'.

I thought the season started on Tuesday with that titanic opener between San Marino and Lichtenstein.

I have 11.5 hrs to complete the race to see us play - motivation (probably can’t get reception anyway)

    That was sad news :(

Day off for me, not sure if I'm riding due to lots of wind on the forecast, may just ride down the coast to the pub for one a bit later - take it easy Friday

A take it easy day today after strenuous working week. Me not being one of the desk jockey faction.

A cracking moules frites meal last night in a local pub now owned and run by a French family team. Great meal, lovely people, happy days. Going back next week for their bœuf bourguinon special evening... Habit forming.

Bit of fettling etc ahead of the good weather spell coming in over next few days, get the bikes ready. Planning to do a chunk of the newly publicised King Alfred's Way gravel route tomorrow which should be fun.

...at least the tdf will be worth a watch today.

    It will?
Although, i'll give Hirschi his due.

Funny to have TdF and footie simultaneously.

Dull, wet, windy and grey here. Can't do nuffink innit.

Tdf is on in the pub where I am. Who's winning? Seems to be awfully close

    Evening folks,
That's rather nice, but my Ducati didn't look like that.
Busy day, very glad it's Friday. Fish and chips are calling

Guy I pass occasionally has an old BSO with a little petrol engine clamped on the crossbar. Goes pretty fast but doesn't look as nice.

Balls, washing machine has just died and is beyond economic repair this time. Kitchen full of acrid smoke and the RCD tripped.
Going to have to turn my undies inside out and wear them twice now.

Thankfully not, but it was uncomfortable
