The Gran Trittico Lombardo is hopefully a one off race, as it replaced the usual Triptych, which consists of the Coppi Agostoni and Bernocchi, plus the Tre valli Varesene.ddraver said:Oh....so what did I just (try to) watch then???

101st Milano-Torino (1.Pro) » Mesero › Stupinigi (198k)
Next up is one of the oldest races on the calendar and for the past few years, it has looked like this:
Unfortunately, due to the dreaded disease forcing a certain March race to take place in August, it now looks like this:
The riders begin their journey in Mesero, east of Milan, to traverse the Po Valley. Apart from an undulating section halfway the route is as flat as can be.
The finish is located in Stupinigi, just south of Torino. The village hosted the Gran Piemonte in 2018 and Sonny Colbrelli sprinted to victory. The finish is located in front of the former royal hunting lodge of the Savoy family, the enormous Palazzina di caccia di Stupinigi.

I didn't know the result of the women's Strade Bianchi until I found a short YouTube summary last night. AvV was 5+ mins behind the leader with 25km to go, and not even in the first chase group. She is some rider.blazing_saddles said:Fastest last 25km times from Strava. Note who is 3rd.

Watched this (Milano-Torino) on GCN and was oblivious to events in Poland until I came on here. Clearly puts things into perspective and I obviously hope everyone will be okay.
Here, Arnaud Demare looked reasonably impressive in what was a fairly 'meh' sprinters race.Team My Man 2022:

Been rummaging around various websites but few have caught up with the route change, so this is what we've got.
Milan - San Remo 2020
The 111th edition of Milan-San Remo is set to take place on Saturday 8 August. The race amounts to 299 kilometres and includes the renowned Cipressa-Poggio in the finale, although the run-in to the last 40 kilometres is different from previous editions.
The race now heads southwest into Piemonte and moves through Alessandria and Nizza Monferrato before arriving at the foot of the climb to Niella Belbo. The Niella Belbo climb is 20 kilometres long and slopes at 2 to 3%.
Milan-San Remo serves two Passo Turchino’s, as the Colle di Nava is similar, although longer and even less steep with gradients hovering around 1 to 2%. The summit lies at an elevation of 936 metres and leads all the way down to Imperia on the Mediterranean Coast.
Imperia lies just after the Capo Mele, Capo Cervo and Capo Berta, so this combo won’t be incorporated into Milan-San Remo 2020.
The 40km section Imperia-San Remo is the only part of the original route that remains intact.
The route continues along the coast to the foot of the Cipressa. This ascent is 5.5 kilometres long and the average gradient sits at 4.1%.
With 20 kilometres remaining the peloton heads for the Poggio. The 3.7 kilometres climb averages 3.7% and peaks out at 8%.
The last 2.35 kilometres of Milan-San Remo are flat.
Milan-San Remo starts at 11.10 and the race is expected to finish around 18.30 – both local times.
