Selle Italia iron kit carbonio flow saddle

Has anyone experienced discomfort and pain after 20+ km with the selle Italia iron tt saddle? I'm an S2 with selle Italia and the iron is an S2 saddle, so it should be perfect for me. However, the end part is very uncomfortable and some of the material from my skinsuit (assos le Houdini) causes pain in the crotch area. I also get some very painful red bumps due to this.

I don't have this problem on my road and mountain bikes even if I don't use the cream for long rides.
