80’s German(?) frame ID

Hey there, I was hoping someone could help me ID this frame. It was a donation to my bike shop that I picked up for personal use but neither me nor my coworkers have had any luck finding out the manufacturer. The guy who left it with us said he picked it up in Germany in the 80’s which rings true given the age of the components and the rack on the back that says w. Germany. Any help would be appreciated!

    No idea, but you want to reset the rear wheel inside the dropout, or you will lose it the first time you put some power down

    Yes thank you, the picture is just from when I had it upside down while I was working on it. The wheel is attached properly, thank you for your input
