Jersey design/ order question

A group of serving and ex Parachute regiment soldiers have decided via a Facebook group to design a jersey (possibly shorts). There’s plenty of sites to do so online but the issue is they often require a bulk order to one person who then distributes. Our order will be between 100/150 I suspect, a large order but we are scattered throughout the country and in some cases abroad. Meaning it’d be a nightmare to sort out if one person took it on.

Are there any good quality companies that would accept individual payment and postage once we’d come up with a Design?

Thanks in advance.

Endura did and may still do. Further to thatm unless it has changed, there custom kit included the FS260 range which most people could try on at a local Evans or similar. Though the sizing ran true in our experience.

We currently use Velotec and the quality is pretty good.

The ordering process seems a bit odd - they open up a window for orders and as long as the minimum quantity is reached (7 or 10) they will manufacture and ship it out.
We get it delivered to one person who then distributes it because the quantities are manageable but apparently they will deliver individually if people pay the P&P (not sure what that is):

Champion Systems UK set up a group account for individuals to do their own order and make payment. Once the window for orders closes, they get on with production. Items can be sent to individuals or the account creator.

This company have no lower limit on quantity. The less you buy the higher the unit cost.

Their colour options and printing is pretty awful though.
