I'd probably go with the Boardman HYB 8.6 out of that list, although I perhaps unjustifiably don't like the idea of the Prowheel chainset.

Otherwise the Specialized, but it has a few low end Shimano Tourney components.

Broadly speaking, I don't think there are many bargains out there now, cycling has become all hip and trendy over the past month or so since COVID-19 arrived on our shores and the lockdown began.

Bearing in mind the above, unless you have very specific requirements, I'd consider looking at all road/ hybrid/ mountain bike options under £600. Generally speaking, I'd be surprised to spot anything sub ~£300 that would be seriously worth considering.

Personally I would go for one not on the list. Carrera Subway from halfords. Nothing wrong with the sirrus apart from its overpriced, your paying for the brand name. It was my first and only hybrid, road bikes, MTB,s or CX only.
Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

    Boardman.
Wife and daughter have the older Comp Hybrid versions which I’ve upgraded a little bit and I’m building a trick version with full Tiagra, carbon parts and Mavic wheels.
