"Road" 24" tyre recommendations

My daughter has just got a new Frog 62 - it's come with some reasonably knobbly mountain bike tyres on it, which she doesn't like, and from what I can tell Frog no longer send out 2 sets of different tyres anymore.

Has anyone got any recommendations for more road oriented tyres in a 24" size? A quick Google seems to suggest they're pretty thin on the ground...

According to the bargains thread Spa Cycles are flogging 24" Schwalbe Marathons cheap (£6 a pop) at the moment.

You'll probably need the upper limb strength of an orang-utan to fit a 24" Marathon though...
