Slight bulge in new tyre - thoughts on safety?

Bought some new Schwalbe Ones from BikeDiscount.de (as an aside, hella fast shipping, fair play).
One of the tyres seems to have a slight defect on the sidewall, meaning there's a slight bulge from about 80psi, perhaps half a centimetre. Doesn't affect the tread as far as I can tell.
I've emailed BikeDiscount to see what they think, but as a general view I thought I'd ask the BikeRadar hive mind. Would you ride these?

'Poor seating' or not - if the sidewall is not uniform shape (and this one clearly isn't) then it suggests a problem with the tyre structure..
Checked out the seating and it's all perfect - also noticed another similar bulge further round the tyre with the same non-uniform sidewall so it seems likely to be a manufacturing defect.
It was a set of two - one dead, two new ones on the way = 3
I probably described it badly above, to be fair.
