Which bearings in my headset? (FSA Orbit C-40, 1 1/8" upper - 1 1/2" lower, integrated)
Hi all,
Need to replace the bearings in my headset on my winter commuter bike as despite cleaning them up they are making a horrible noise. Think the lower bearing has been replaced before as it has one of the old type of cage and ball bearings, some of which are missing!
Thankfully when I bought the bike I took a pic of the spec sheet so at least I know what headset it is!

Thanks for your help.

Have a look at this. If this is a match for your headset, then the picture has the specs of the lower bearing shown.

Stripped it to measure it all.
Top bearing is 42 outside diameter, 31mm inside diameter. Bottom bearing is 52mm outside diameter, 41mm inside diameter.

Bottom bearing:
I don't think the bottom bearing should look like that so I think it has split and possible left the inner part rusted onto the forks?0 -
At the price of £22 I might as well just buy a new headset!
This place have confirmed it will fit:
