Tenerife - Transfers & Routes to and from Puerto de la Cruz

Hi,

I am arriving in Tenerife South Airport on 11th Feb at 6pm and my accommodation is in Puerto de la Cruz (Hotel Teide Mar). What would be my best mode of transportation to and from the airport for 2 people and 1 bike box?

Also, if anyone has any good routes they have used that start in and around the Puerto de la Cruz area if you could share them that would be much appreciated?

We stayed in Sam Miguel a few years ago. I joined an online forum which was dedicated to Tenerife. I posted on there looking for a man with a van. We found one who took 5 bike bags and 2 people from and to the airport for €50. Was a bit rough and ready but split between all of us was much cheaper than a hire. The Titsa serice may be cheaper - was there last week and all the buses looked new.
