    Today, I 'as been mowstly eating Rogan Josh.

    In fact, I have never had it before so I don't have a benchmark flavour.
    However, using only the finest indegrets that Lidl and Morrisson's can offer, I made my own paste and it was full of flavour - you spend more time putting the paste and herbs and spices together than actually cooking.
    Really nice.

    Waitrose tikka masala with microwave rices and a garlic Nan all I did was add five red chillis and a tablespoon of dried chillis

    Yeah you’re right my neck problem is back so I’m barely cycling and doped up to the eyeballs which kills my appetite although I did have avocado on toast this morning as well, chronic pain is a fucker but made better with drugs & beer

    I'm a new convert, this morning will be grain toast avocado, tomatoes mozzarella and more basil, followed by a 20 mile out and back ride all pre work. Hopefully the trapped nerve has popped back into place, at least I think it has 😀
