Fat bike advice. Wedbesday,ICT or farley

Im struggling to make a decision here so advice from those fat bike users out there would be much appreciated.
I live 2 miles from the beach and enjoy a bimble as much as the next man so have decided a fat bike would be a perfect addition to the stable.
I have £500 towards the purchase and trying to keep the amount of additional bike based debt to a minimum.
Options so far: as new farley 7 for around £800, surly wednesday frame for £500 and build up, surly ICT frame for £580 and build up, new surly ICT 2016 for £1500. The fat bike may also replace my steel HT for trail duties. Thanks
