3T finishing kit or other?

So looking to build first bike got parts list just about sorted the bike be used for mixed tarrain and mainly commute sub 10 mile each way mostly off road towpaths and cycle network paved through parks ect I'd love a 3T Elplora ltd but out of budget but like the sound of the handlebars superlergo gravel which is straight at top so levers sit where they should and flared on drops which suit the intended use so looked to match the stem and post to 3T too but was wondering if any opinions on how good they are or any better options?
