Canyon sales...

Hi,

I've got my eye on a Canyon Ultimate disc and was about to pull the trigger but did something stupid...I searched for promo codes and found out that:

a) There aren't any.

and

b) They normally have a sale during the Tour de France.

Can anyone confirm this or let me know of the type of discounts they might have? I emailed Canyon and as expected, they wouldn't confirm this and told me the ultimate is a very popular bike and I should order now etc etc.

Just because they've had them in the past is no indication that they'll do it this year.

Whats the waiting list like now and would having it for a good month in the summer be worth more to you than a possible discount if they do have the Tour sale ?

They've had sales during all the GTs before. They also have one as the models are replaced around September.

That said, they are often limited to certain models/sizes/colours and deals aren't usually that great. 10% off etc.

Does that suggest they actually have them in stock and will arrive before the TdF 2036 or do you still sit on the same waiting list as everyone else as it's just the frames (not full builds) in stock?

Or is the waiting list not too bad these days?
