very soggy, did fast laps until i'd burned over a thousand kcal, what baffles me is the bunches that go out in the rain and then bimble around four wide at about 30k and getting in my way

had a three shot coffee with pain au chocolat

Decidedly moist here too. Traditional slow start has been enjoyed. The wife managed to screw up the coffee so I've done it properly in a stovetop. Need to pop out and do some bits and pieces then drinks at some friends later.

Tried a few exercises to see what the recovering shoulder with take. Will go running later and the bike commuting starts again next week I'm going a bit cold turkey on exercise.

Now hanging around while Stropteen gets her new specs fitted. Dad's taxi on standby
