Hung, drawn and quartered is the traditional way.

    Too good for them.
Google what it involves. I wouldn't even wish it on Arsenal fans.

I've seen Braveheart, I know what it involves. I'm sure you could add an acid bath in there somewhere.

Does that mean you can spill some of it? No naming names obviously. Was it anything gory or just incredibly dull?

It wasn't dull but how can I put it - wasn't very nice.

I'm going for a few beers with a mate who's a barrister tonight so I'll ask him what I'm allowed to say or not say after the trial has ended. Just being cautious as they were very clear that anything like that during the trial would earn us a free one piece orange outfit with arrows on.

I could make an exception for Scottish Arsenal fans though.

Just watched a guy trying to cross 4 lanes of the A312 and a service road. He nearly fell trying to negotiate the drop from the low kerb to the service road. He then stumbled sideways more than he walked forwards crossing the first 2 lanes. He then clung on to a lamp post in the central reservation for support before falling across the last 2 lanes. He then disappeared into the bushes at side of our industrial estate to relieve himself. The locals of Hanworth are of a very high calibre. I think cloudy cider wasn't strong enough for him, meths seems more likely.
Not much going on here. Cafe for lunch and pub with the Mrs later. I'm not giving up the booze, had a crate of beer delivered yesterday.

Can TLW account for his whereabouts?

    I can take my ale

Pretty sure there was a lot more than ale going on there.

I should think a lot of who and what goes through the courts isn't very nice.

True, had to concentrate on being objective. Luckily having dealt with the French tax man I've had some decent practice at that.

  • I agree with the V-Star: generally the reason it end up in court is because it's not very nice and generally a bit icky.

However, on a brighter note, the sun is now shining and it's a lovely afternoon. This is mental.

Not one of his best ones, I must admit.

OK, let me put it another way before I get advice from my wig wearing mate on what I can say. It was something that was instinctively not nice coming from the personal perspective of a parent of a female child who is under 16. Hence the point about having to be objective.

There was a nice willowy blonde girl in tight jeans on one of the other cases but I was the notable exception in the jury of the munters. Don't get me started on how thick a couple of them were...like not understanding the difference between proof and 'I think he did it so he's guilty'

I was the foreman as everyone else bottled it, so at least had a decent chance to 're-educate' the really thick one.

Watching Larva with mini H3. Dunno if any of you have seen it. It's on Netflix. We love it. Korean cartoon about a couple of bugs who live in a drain in NY. The yellow one farts a lot, they get up to all sorts of amusing shenanigans.

  • One of those weeks this week. Think I'd have preferred jury service, but maybe not being foreman or the subject matter. Sounds a bit grim. Hobgoblin Gold to recover.

I spent 4 hours in casualty and was given a bucket load of pain killers and some anti-inflammatory's for my right hip.
At least it's 'stable' and I don't need number 4 just yet. I might even sleep tonight.

But hey, I have a lovely shiny car with a new windscreen.
