S21 Nacer Bouhanni please - just to be different (I really think Gorilla has got it - but I will go with the boxer)

    Thanks BobMcStuff for organising everything

Think I'm up there somewhere in the shakeup, but does anyone have an up to date spreadsheet with the scores?
Sorry I've been a little bit slow with it the last few days... I'll do final scoring this evening after the stage and post it up.

Cruff you're currently in 4th but will move up to 3rd as it stands due to the current leader Key having Porte as his GC...

However Insane_Onerr is only 1 point behind you so the podium is still to play for!

    Top 10 as follows:

    1st: Key
    2nd: Omar Little
    3rd: dish_dash
    4th: Cruff
    5th: iNsaNe_oNERR
    6th: RichN95
    7th: rozzer32, RonB, Salsiccia1
    10th: SpeedingSloth

Cheers Bob Mcstuff for doing this. It must be a drag, but I am grateful for the opportunity to pick all the right riders for the wrong stages. :P
And I am grateful, me and Mrs BBGeek have been largely stuck indoors cos she has a leg injury. So you have performed a valuable service spicing up an otherwise boring day.
In her own words: "I reckon this is the day some burly Belgian bloke smashes it". Despite Serge Pauwels having a punt, we're still waiting. Chapeau.

Yep, can only echo everyone's thanks. Cheers Bob.
It's only a bit of sport, Mun. Relax and enjoy the racing.

Ohh noo, forget the 2nd stage, would have been an easy Kittel victory. I guess with these points it would have been the first place, damn :D

Congrats to the winner and thank you bob

See u at the Vuelta :)

Well the final scores are in and the maillot jaune goes to Omar Little

He leads dish_dash by a narrow 2 points*, with another 3 points back to iNsaNe_oNERR. In fact the first 4 are separated by only 6 points - if iNsaNe_oNERR had not forgotten Stage 2, he could easily be leading!

But much like Quick Step and Dan Martin, when you lose time on early stages it's very difficult to recover.

Bluemoon17, the Giro maglia rosa, shows once again shows that the Giro-Tour double is almost impossible with his top 10 finish - still better than Quintana ;) .

*probably worth someone checking my spreadsheet... The original is in an Excel with some vlookups etc which could do with checking...

That's legitimate, you were definitely the lowest scorer of the people who made 21 stage picks + GC!

Yep, seems fair enough to me!

Also don't tell AtC about Porte...

It's not that bad, except when you realise the last time you updated the spreadsheet was halfway through Stage 16 picks and it's the Sunday of Stage 21.

I was going back through individuals' posting history to get all their picks at once for that, you really get a feel for who is a prolific poster. I like the people who only post in the PTP thread, much easier...

Dang... 2 points... I'll be scouring that sheet for errors :D

Seriously thanks for running this bobmcstuff. Really appreciate and feel your pain...

I'll update the overall GC spreadsheet tomorrow evening to allow for any errors/omissions to be corrected.

Balls. Two stages without picks cos of forgetting to do them and I finish off the podium by one place! Major PITA but my own schoolboy error so can't complain, Thanks a lot for doing this Bob - having done a similar thing myself before now and remembering what a pain it is - chapeau!
